Holistic Massage is the most commonly offered form of massage. The word holistic comes from the Greek word holos meaning whole. The holistic approach takes into account a persons whole being, not just the physical symptoms or problems and aims to create harmony and balance between the mind and body.

What does Holistic Massage involve?
Before any massage every client needs to have a consultation to make sure the massage is right for them, this will take 10-15 minutes at the beginning of your first massage.
After your consultation you will be asked to undress to your lower underwear and lie on couch, at all times any areas not being worked on will be covered in towels and you modesty will be maintained at all times.
During the massage you should make yourself comfortable. Many people close their eyes and relax, others talk, its completely up to you.
